Après vous avoir confirmé la disponibilité du logement, nous vous fournirons nos données bancaires afin que vous puissiez effectuer le paiement de 10% d'une annualité en concept de paiement et acompte (versement minimum de 500 €). Une fois que nous aurons reçu le versement, nous vous enverrons un courrier électronique pour vous confirmer la réservation et vous demander les documents que vous devrez présenter pour la signature du contrat de location.

- Trois dernières feuilles de paie et contrat de travail.
Paiements à effectuer :
- Dépôt d'un acompte : Deux mois de loyer.
- Honoraires : 10% du loyer annuel. Minimum 500€. Frais contrat de location compris.
- Le loyer du premier mois ou partie proportionnelle su mois.
L'acompte sera remboursé une fois l'appartement libéré, après l'état des lieux de sortie (entretien et nettoyage) et le paiement des consommations d'eau, électricité et gaz.
Les appartements doivent être libérés avant 11'00 h.
